When becoming a client of Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist, you are agreeing by a Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.
- I will attempt to reply to your email enquiries within 24 hours wherever possible
- If you arrive late for your appointment, you may have your treatment time shortened or rearranged to avoid any inconvenience caused to any clients on my schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and the full cost will be charged.
- All bookings are made via the ‘Online Booking’ function on this website with a £10 none refundable deposit unless the appointment is cancelled before 48 hour notice.
Cancellation Policy - Important Information
If you need to cancel your appointment, the cancellation policy will apply to all bookings. The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment being cancelled, a 50% charge will incur.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment being cancelled, a 100% charge will incur.
- I understand that treatment(s) is / are not a replacement for medical care and
understand that Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist do not diagnose medical diseases / illnesses or any other physical or mental conditions. - Failure to show for the appointment your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost.
- If part of a booking is cancelled after your arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
I have a cancellation list with clients waiting for appointments, therefore I can often fill the appointment if I am given the required notice.
You can rearrange or cancel your appointment within the required timescales, by clicking the appropriate links shown below in the email sent to you when you booked your appointment.

I Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist am unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions will be made and that any bookings made ( verbal or written ) forms a legally binding contract.
How to cancel or change your appointment:
Cancellations should be made by calling 07738377722 or you can cancel by email. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- Customers should state their intention when redeeming a voucher when making an appointment with Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist and should present the voucher on arrival of appointment.
- Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for goods or services of a higher price than the value of the voucher, on payment of the difference.
- Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost, Stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded
- Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist is not responsible for lost, damaged, theft or expiration of vouchers - they cannot be replaced. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within a 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts ( information, Cancellation and Additional Charges ) Regulations 2013.
- Vouchers are not covered by Royal Mail if they are lost in the post but in special circumstances may be replaced at a sole discretion.
- Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from date of issue. Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist will not accept vouchers that are past the expiry date shown on the voucher. Failure to exchange or redeem a Paula Boyle HolisticTherapist voucher before the expiry date will invalidate the Paula Boyle Holistic Therapist voucher. If you are unable to use your voucher before this date, please contact me at: info@paulaboyleholistictherapist.co.uk before the voucher has expired so that we can arrange a voucher extension. Vouchers can only be extended if they are within their expiry date. I will ask that you send the voucher to me, so i can issue a new voucher to you. Once a new voucher has been extended, it cannot be refunded.
- Late Cancellation and Failure to show terms laid out in the T&C’s also apply to gift vouchers: which will be voided should you fail to give the required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatments(s).
My rights to cancel an appointment:
In very unusual circumstances I may need to cancel your booking. In the event that I cannot fulfil your appointment, I will contact you by telephone; where possible, at the earliest possible date.

I reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, ( temporarily or permanently ) this website ( or part of it ) with or without notice to you and you confirm that i shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.
- Change the conditions from time to time and your continual use of the website ( or any part of it ) following such change shall be deemed whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using this website.
Refunds:
Refunds are not offered for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact me. I will try my upmost to resolve any problems.
Your Personal Records:
You agree to keep your personal records held by my practise updated with your full contact details; which will enable me to contact you in the event of any change
relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
Mobile Phones:
Please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off for the full duration of your time during treatment.
Children:
Please understand that I cannot accommodate children in the treatment room nore have a seperate room for them to be supervised by another adult.
Premises:
My practise is in my home where there is no reception area, If you arrive early then can I ask you to please remain in your car / outside until your scheduled appointment.
Also to get to my therapy room there are 3 flights of stairs to climb, 2 in the main building and 1 inside the building to the upper floor. If this is impossible for you due to disabilities, health or age then please contact me and I will arrange a mobile visit to your home. If your home is over 4 miles and upto 8 miles then there will be an extra charge of £2.00, after the 8 miles will incur an extra charge.
Private Policy:
I will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. I will keep it on a secure server and I will comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and Consumer Legislation.
Payment:
All prices are inclusive of VAT
You confirm the credit, debit card, that is being used is yours. Allcredit / debit card for treatments / gift vouchers; if the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to me, I will not be liable for any delay or
non-delivery.
