I was 40 weeks pregnant and a day overdue and decided to see Paula to induce my labour ( Also had an attempted sweep and other natural ways of inducing labour beforehand). Within 24 hours I started contractions and give birth a couple of days after. She was very professional and knew just what to do and could tell which side of my belly the baby was laying on as well as other preexisting conditions I had.

Paula was very friendly and professional and created a wonderful, warm and cosy atmosphere in her beautiful treatment room. The face treatment was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep. Paula's feet treatment diagnosed a digestive blockage which I'm pleased to say she has cleared up. I was amazed that I slept like a baby for nearly 12 hours after me treatment. I feel wonderful. I had my first session this week. I have been having problems with fluid retention in my legs and feet for some time. After one session I can honestly say the results have been amazing. RLD Treatment
Had my 1st RLD Treatment with Paula yesterday. Paula is lovely, makes you feel relaxed and explained how the treatment could help with my Lipoedema. Her room is set up with low lighting and smells wonderful. I felt totally relaxed whilst wearing a warm eye mask, to the point where I could had drifted off to sleep, and loved the gentle treatment given by Paula. Totally blown away!
Just had my first of many Reflexology treatments with Paula, totally blown away! As I entered her beautiful treatment room, I instantly felt Waco of calm, it is furnished and decorated like a tranquil cosy haven. The treatment chair wrapped in soft towels felt luxurious. Paula made me feel very relaxed, she took a look at my feet and felt them quickly, immediately she knew so much about me, she detected my trouble with digestive issues, knees and back, and noticed that I had slight swelling of the lower legs, I had just thought it was just me being overweight! As the treatment began I felt like I had been transported to a different place, the worries I walked in with temporarily lifted. Paula had done some lymphatic drainage and a detox on my entire system. One of her many specialities! The treatment was finished with a hot towel treatment on my feet, pure heaven! I will be back as soon as I am able. Thank you so much Paula.
